There are four common faults and solutions for Imaje printer

1, Charging fault - Imaje Printer

Specific reasons: A, Imaje ink appear in the charging slot; B, charging blot detection faults.

Solution:

A, Close Imaje printer (including Power supply ), Clean the charging slot. When necessary, remove the charging slot and clean it. After thorough washing, reboot the Imaje printer after the charging slot it dryed and installed;

B, There are many reasons for fault b. we can firstly start from the ink, make sure of the ink's viscosity and shelf life.Of course, the quality of ink (ink compatible) should be taken into consideration. Then observe the splitting performance, check the ink pressure, modulation voltage, and make appropriate adjustments to make good split. Such failures usually can be solved. There might be damaged in the charging slot. In that case, just contact the Imaje engineers.

2, Character defect. Blots fell on the edge of recycle tube, as a result the Imaje ink accumulates in the recycle tube.

Specific reasons:

A, ink line position is incorrect;

B, blot division is abnormal;

C, abnormality of the ink (ink viscosity BFT, ink durability, compatibility);

D, Invalid ground connection (often ignored by customers and some engineers). Ground connection is very important, the ignorance could lead to serious consequences!

3, High-voltage fault. Reason: high pressure Sensor Detecte out the imbalance of high-pressure.

Specific reasons:

A, high voltage deflection plate is dirty;

B, high voltage deflection plate is encountered by some other objects;

C, The high pressure sensor itself is too sensitive.

Solution:

A & B clean the high-voltage deflection plate, and then boot it instantly.

C, In this situation, The high pressure reports might often be shown, while the deflection plate is very clean. Engineers need to come forward by the Imaje solution, you can call US repair.

4, Recycle malfunction. Fundamental reason: The recycle tube sensor can not detect whether there is ink in the recycle tube.

Specific reasons:

A, Imaje ink lines are abnormal. There is no ink line injected into the recycle tube;

Possible reasons: a. incorrect ink line position; b. obstruction of the nozzle.

B, recycle pipe negative pressure is not enough.

Possible reasons:

a. air leak in the recycle pipe;

b. obstruction of the recycle pipe;

c. obstruction or damage in the recycle pump.

Checking and solutions: check for the ink circuit.remove the recycle filter, and clean it with water and check whether the water can flow out from the recycle pipe. If the water is stucked in the pipe, then there should be obstrucion in it. Inject water into the recycle pipe to see whether there is water coming out from the other side. If you can see the water coming out from the pipe, then install the Imaje filter. Check the all the connections to see whether there is leaking point. If there is no leaking, then there should be obstruction or damage in the pump. In this case, please contact with the engineer of the Imaje printer supplier.
