1, Alarm Light - Willett 43s Printer;

larm lights, once there were faults, the lights on. When the light flashing, please check what showed on the display and carry out relevant solutions according to the suggestions from the display.

2, Display of low level or running out of liquid;

If there showed low level or running out of ink or solvent, please add them in time.

3, Any of the following reasons will cause bad coding effect;

1) Dirty print head- Clean the print head according to scheduled process or execute self clean process.

2) Check and correct settings of Willett 43s printing parameter.

4, Installation of a new Willett 43s printer; Verification of parameter for Willett 43s printer;

1) Wonderful coding effect – Pass test;

2) Make sure the observed ink viscosity equals to the setting value;

3) Test the Willett 43s printing quality in factory default parameter;

4) After test running of Willett 43s printer, open the ink line and keep machine working for at least 1 hour.
