Brief Operation Procedure for Imaje Printer

1, Operation Procedure:

1) Adjust the speed of the conveyor to be synchronized with Imaje printing speed;

2) When the red signal light flashes on, the operator should go to check and deal with the failures;

3) The signal light will turn green after connection of the power supply, and the Imaje printer is standing by;

4) Input the password according to the prompt from the computer program. Please remember the password after you set it and don't execute this process at will;

5) After entering the program of Imaje printer, please manually make printing test of printed date location, character size & direction & width to see whether they all meet the Imaje printing requirements;

6) The information is printed when the products pass by the sensor. Imaje printer will take one printing action when it detects there is a product;

7) When the production line is finished, please shut down the Imaje printer. It will take around 3 minutes for the process, and no printing action will be taken, while the nozzle will be automatically closed.

2, Maintenance of Imaje printer.

1) Clean the protective cover of the exhaust fan which is in the bottom of the Imaje ink line system, once per 300 hours;

2) Please clean the choke and the Imaje print head when the Imaje printer is shut down for more than one week but less than two weeks;

3) Please clean the nozzle in time when there are failures caused by nozzle blockings or the Imaje printing effect turns bad;

4) Please thoroughly clean the Imaje printer and change the Imaje filters when the machine is running more than 2000 hours, 6 months or shut down more than 15 days.
