Willett 430 Printer need regulating before working. Incorrect regulation will cut the working lifespan of a Willett 430 Printer. Thus, it is strongly recommended to strictly follow operation rules when regulating a Willett 430 Printer.
1, Handle and move with care. Do not pull out plug directly after power is on, or else the sprayer may have fused.
2, Bottom-spraying printer:
① Slide the sprayer to horizontal position and put a paper in front of it; repeat jet-printing until the printing is better;
② Slightly loosen the handle screws of the sprayer;
③ Then adjust the sprayer to the right position and tighten the screws to fix the sprayer. Remember not to change the position of the sprayer if the screw is tight, for this may cause the sprayer cannot be fixed and affect the printing.
3, Tangential-spraying printer:
① Spread some cleanout fluid on the sprayer after the printer starts;
② Squeeze the ink bag softly until ink comes out from the sprayer;
③ Then put a paper in front of the sprayer;
④ Press the strong spray button, meanwhile slide the paper; until lines appear on the paper; if not, repeat step ②-④, until the printing is better. Do this regulation every other day.
The operating staff should read the instruction carefully before operating the Willett 430 Printer. Although many printer manufacturers will provide operation training, however, quite a few Willett 430 Printer breakdown because people do not operate them correctly for the sake of convenience. In a word, operating staff must be careful and patient.

How to deal with inaccurate meter of Markem Imaje printer
Markem Imaje printer can accurately print the length reading in cable industry. But sometimes, there could be some incorrect calculations.
How to deal with this situation?
Firstly, please learn about the reason of the inaccurate meter:
1, No installation of synchronizer;
2, Markem Imaje printer get no signal from the synchronizer;
3, Damage of the synchronizer, or slipping of the synchronizer axis;
4, Slipping of Markem Imaje printer cable. The cable is moving, but the wheel for the synchronizer still keeps still, or the linear speed between the two is different;
5, Incorrect settings of the Markem Imaje printer.
Solutions:
1, Check the Markem Imaje printer settings. If it is correct, please run it in low speed;
2, If for slipping of the synchronizer, please dismantle and reinstall it;
3, If for different linear speed between the synchronizer and the Markem Imaje printer cable, please put a heavier wheel to withhold the cable. If condition permits, please wrap a layer of rubber around the wheel.
